What if we go over time I've paid for in a telephone session?
If you have purchased more than session, the session can extend beyond the time you've purchased, and the extended time will be deducted from your credit balance of minutes.
If you have purchased only one session, you will be billed for the balance.
What if we don't use all the time I've paid for?
If all purchased session minutes are not used in a session, you will receive credit for the unused minutes, unless you have ended the session voluntarily.
