In addition to my credential disclosure, i want you to see the cost for treatment, counseling and psychotherapies offered. Counseling is when you wish to process with me events or situations - two heads are better than one philosophy. Psychotherapy, or "therapies" occur when we take into consideration underlying principles of the process. Over the years, practice has developed defined, discrete means to help psychologically, using both process and insight approaches. In most instances i will share with you the specific approach(es) called evidence based practices which will be of most benefit to you in your situation.
