Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Program

After years of providing others with insights, provocation for change and ways to measure movement and growth, now I emerge from the clinical, clandestine office to the Internet-Virtual Office; still the changes come, assumptions and theory notwithstanding.

Assumptions and theory.  Life presents with its discomforts, while danger and suffering, for the most part, are avoidable.

DBT offers this alternative.

Carefully crafted, the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modules take the person through the necessary steps, to unwind and modify her/his issues.

“Again, in DBT, it is the task of the individual psychotherapy to help the client use new behaviors she is learning in the everyday situations where they are needed, including crisis.”
[Pg. 12, Marsha M. Linehan, Skills Training Manual for treating Borderline Personality Disorder]

What is relatively unchanging. The fundamental nature of reality is change and process, rather than content and structure.

Please join me for DBT training, the program includes; Four modules that are presented over approximately one year.  A three month commitment to one module is required, along with 1-2 psychotherapy session(s) each month, your choice.

The trainer provides the training module every other week.
